I don't know what he thought of us though, half the members he's met are moderators, and the other half were drunk

I spoke to Ruth before I left. I took a flyer with the clubhouse address and I'm sure it's a matter of course that MAA will contact them directly thanking them for their donation and letting them know how much was raised.
It was good of the club to go to the trouble they did. Usually they can cover costs with the ale they sell but they didn't even get that.
