I bought one and installed it right before taking the 15 mile ride from my house to winter storage facility. It looks awesome and seemed fine at 35 degrees.

I'm going to have to start figuring this out because I still want a saddle tan (possibly distressed) with the bulldog on it.
Hi John, A tan with the bulldog in what colour? The easiest way to sort it is a cut (and sewn) design, rather than carved.. This we can do...
The seats are very comfortable I found when testing my proto. Not just the foam and shape but also riding position and posture... Please keep giving feedback here, it's good to hear other opinions...

I think probably just black on tan. That way it will look good with black/blue or green or orange tin, whatever I end up with. What do you need for artwork? I was thinking of some text to go along with it but I'm not sure how. It would probably be "Friar's Ride." Not sure on the font style. If I have time tomorrow I'll pull up the bulldog graphic in Illustrator and throw some type at it and see what I think.
Next I'll have to get one of them fancy brass battery covers with the bulldog etched into it.

If you send me your chosen design on jpeg or PDF I'll sort the price out for you John. I like the look of those brass covers too... But not to go on my SM.. Maybe for the wifes when I paint hers up...

Got a chance to test the new seat today on a run with Ben, 70+miles. As you say Grzegorz takes the arse a bit of time to get used to it but still surprisingly comfortable for such a slim seat.
