Plenty of time to tour Europe, it's not as though I havent been there... Toured Europe many years ago and took 3 weeks and stopped in some fantastic places, it's just a shame I was in four wheels with a little bike on the back, not much power for some of those hills...

Picked the bird up yesterday, New pistons, rings and liners and she sounds as sweet as lark first thing in the morning.
I had a look at the liners and pistons they had taken out and was suprised to see the pistons worn at one side and the liners marked to he11.
Anyway it was not my imagination that something was wrong....

Glad you got it sorted Ray - worrying development all the same. Mine is out of warranty at the end of the month so will be investing in a 24 month extension for £320 just in case.

Very nice bike. When it came out I really wanted one. But I've been waiting for them to create a streetglide version with a batwing fairing and short windshield. You already have the bags for it which look like they came from the factory and was meant for it all along.
