Hey cat,
Some of us have and use the Morgan Carbtune
The two cylinder is about $75 US and the 4 is about $98 US.
Excellent product and I highly recommend it.
They are relatively easy to use. The throttle linkage adjustment screw between the carbs is a bit of a pain to get to but overall, not a very difficult job.

Second BonnyUSA on the Morgan Carbtune, shipping is really fast for it coming across the Pond, it is very easy to prepare and hook-up, and the mercury columns are very easy to pick up on

I have the 4 carb version of the Morgan as well. I bought mine from this sport-touring compnay in California;

Pretty good service and quick shipping. Worked like a charm on my Trophy which now runs smooth as silk. I'm going to use it on the BA as soon as I finish the rest of the work I'm doing.

The motion pro unit that brent sales works well enough and is a little cheaper than the other. It also works on two three or four cylinder engines.

Hey Pat,
I made one of those and it worked like crap. I started with Killians Red (wouldn't drink it) and then switched to oil.
The problems:
- you have to pull the tubes quickly off the vacuum ports at the same time while the motor is running or you will suck fluid into a carb - if you turn it off while they are still connected, the last stroke as the motor stops rotating will suck fluid into that carb - they have to have a restriction (a reducing tube) as the vacuum makes the fluid pulse and dance too much (doesn't friggin sing, though!)
Ask me how I know these things!
I bought a Morgan and threw the darn thing away. An excellent investment on the Morgan for an operation I perform about once a month.
...and if I am not mistaken, you have a Morgan too!

Phil, I have the Morgan unit as well and agree with you but if you were going to try this thing I would think your best bet would be to clamp the tubes some way (vise-grips or pliars??)with the motor running so when you shut the bike off it wouldn't be able to suck anything in.
