I read (lurk) around a bit, but I'm a little leary to take away the time and space of some members who display an uncanny Digital Verbosity Prowess (DVP).

Been lurking for about a month now. About the same time I picked up my 07 America. 700 miles later I can't believe I went 15 years since my last bike. Greetings to everyone.

Thanks to many on this site for all the info, been lurking for over a year. Put almost 12k since January 06 on my BA-been riding since '76 - BA is the best bike I've owned. Does anyone modify the Triumph touring seat adding a rider's backrest? I want a nice looking backrest that looks professional like the seat was made with the rest as an option-like Triumph should offer. Thanks!
-------------------- '05 TBA....Mulberry/Graphite....lot of chrome...904 BB from Bonneville Performance...gutted stock pipes...ghetto freak..19.5k miles...still looks new-but makes more power ;-)

Not sure about that, but I just got a new TBA about 2 months ago and I did ask the lady about fitting a sissy bar, and she said, "no, some decent panniers would be good, but the ride on the pillion is much better than the fender pad on the speed master, added to which, I like being able to get off when it all goes to ******.." - She knows me too well, that girl.

My name's Harry and I've just got back into riding after a thirty year break. At easter I bought myself a 04 speedmaster and I'm loving it. She's basicly a stock machine bar after market pipes ( very similar to the thunder bike pipes ) and I've just done the air bleed removal kit. I"ve joined up here pretty much to pick up lots of info as I hate not knowing wot I'm up to. cheers
