I've been meaning to sell some stuff. I'm not ready to list everything but I do have a thing or two with which to kick this pig.
D&D Mufflers
SOLD
Now that I have Hawkeye's SS slashcuts on the way, I'm going to dump the D&Ds I have. Nothing against D&Ds, I just love the sound of Specialty Spares. I picked the D&Ds up off ebay a couple years ago and they've been sitting on a shelf in my garage since. They have some surface rust. My plan was to have them media-blasted and ceramic-coated black (keeping the heat shields chrome and the exhaust tips polished). Since I bought these with the plan to black them out, NewSpeedmaster started selling black D&Ds but they cost some bank. I got an estimate from Jet-Hot of $115 for the ceramic-coating. If I remember correctly Wolfe will do it for less. Including shipping you'll still have Black D&Ds for less than half the cost of new pipes. Even less if you go low-tech with some BBQ paint like some have done.
I paid $75 plus shipping for these pipes and that's all I want out of them. Here's a picture from the original ebay ad. I'll take some fresh shots of my own this weekend. The Specialty Spares were shipped from Iowa to Montana for less than $20 so I can't imagine it costing much more than that for these (though they are longer). So let's call it an even $100 shipped.

I think I'll wait on the other stuff until I have pictures taken, but just to give you a hint the bits I'm talking about rhyme with "Lard-Waddle Mags" and "Prissy Car."

(I've been wantin' one of those "Slacks" that'll bolt on my "Prissy Car" for quite some time now, you see!)

Sorry, ol' buddy. It's a package deal. Not sure what to list it for. One one hand there's a little tear on the top-back edge of the cushion, but on the other hand there is a rare, primo, BonnevilleAmerica.com sticker on the back. That should boost the price up a lot! Or at least offset the tear. Hmmm...
Did I mention that Prissy Car with the Cack on the back is a tall drink of water?

Here's a preview of the other stuff I want to sell. Still have to figure out prices and take pictures:
DELETED because it was confusing me and this post was a PITA to find here in the middle of the thread. This is a lot of crap to keep straight. I will mark each individual item as they are sold or pending and update the end of the thread with the list.

How about $15 shipped? There was no wiring harness or relay with these. I used my original Triumph driving light harness (which I'm keeping). They are not super high quality but they do put out a lot of light. Ask Soren what he thinks. He has (or had) the same ones.

Here are the D&D pictures. I have a guy who is already interested but he hasn't committed yet. He wanted to see the fresh pictures. But I said I'd give him first crack. Looks worse than it is. Really just surface rust. Perfect for stripping and coating.
Undersides
Backside Front
Backside Rear
Outside Fronts (heatshields)
Outside Rears
Tips
That should be sufficient. $100 shipped (if the first guy doesn't take them).

If I'm replying to someone (quoting) with pictures, they get first dibs. I think I'm caught up on that, though. The rest are up for grabs. This still isn't everything and I found a few things I forgot about. If you want something please respond here so I can keep track of everything in one place.
I forgot to shoot the fender rack for Alan. I'll run out and get that in a few minutes.
I prefer Paypal, but I will also take a check or money order. Paypal just means I can ship it immediately. My email address for paypal is:
paypal@johnbedard.com
My mailing address for payment is 3702 East Groschell, East Helena, MT 59635.
I will try to include shipping (USPS) in all prices. It's just easier that way. My shipping estimating goes something like this: small items should be $5.35; medium can go up to $10.70; no idea what it will cost to ship larger or heavier items like the D&Ds or the sissybar/rack. Those might go UPS but they shouldn't be more than $20-25. If I'm wrong on the shipping for small and medium items I'll eat the difference.

Stock Tail Light housing
Next up, something I "found." Bought it in 2008 when I had to replace my tail light lense. It's in perfect condition (pardon the fuzziness) but it's another good item if you want to black it out. No hardware or gaskets included. $10 shipped.

Oh heck, why not. George Foreman Grill. I bought this off ebay to mod it, but have since picked up a brushed finish T-100 style sprocket cover off a Scrambler that I'm going to mod instead. This thing is perfect. Perfectly awful, but good for painting or hacking up. $20 shipped.

UPDATE Won't work on the stock fender. Curve of the fender and the pad are different and the suction cups are at the wrong angles.
This is a weird one. Picked it up off ebay and never used it. It's a phantom pad, a suction cup rear seat. No idea how comfortable it is but it's aimed at the custom Harley crowd so I don't think I'm supposed to care if it's comfortable or not. Planned on using it on the new bobbed rear fender (I've already had the pillion bolt hole welded up). But I'm really too fat to be carrying any passengers on my bike so it goes bye-bye. $20 shipped.

ATTENTION FAT FRONT TIRE FANS! This is the rim off my Thunderbird Sport dual disc wheel. It's only 17" tall, but it's 3.5" wide, 1" wider than your stock America hoop. I replaced with with a spare 18" America wheel and spokes. There shouldn't be anything wrong with it and it is a direct replacement for your stock rim. When I got it off ebay it had a used tire on it which did hold air. I paid something like $340 for the TBS wheel, so I'm hoping this thing is at least worth $50 (plus shipping). Spokes are included. Shipping to be determined later.

Time for the tall sissy bar and luggage rack. I know these things routinely go for $200-250 here and on ebay depending on condition. But there is definitely some wear and tear (see pics). There are light scratches on the rack and some splits in the vinyl around the rear edge. But there's that sexy BA.com sticker (which also has a little wear and tear). The wear and tear is all from packing dufflebags and jackets on the back. I don't get a lot of passengers. Or any, really.
I'm selling it because I don't think it's going to look too good on my bike all bobbed and such. I'm going to fab up a quick-disconnect luggage rack not unlike the one Zmilin uses.
We'll start at an even $200 plus shipping (TBD). If it doesn't sell after a couple weeks, I'll start taking offers or put it on ebay.
Oh, one last thing: I lost one of the buttonhead bolts last year sometime so I replaced them with four stainless steel cap screws. Personally I like the cap heads better than the button heads, but whatever. I'll send along the remaining 3 original buttonheads.
Oh, one more last thing, I made up some little metal block spacers so I could use the luggage rack without the sissybar. These blocks are included but I'm not breaking up the sissybar-luggage rack set.

Whoops, missed one...

Here it is. The little rubber bumpers are (mostly) gone from the rear mounting point (they're intact up front) so I usually use a galvanized rubber toilet tank washer between the rack and the rear fender bolt. They last much longer than just plain rubber washers. This is the Triumph Accessory, not the Harley version. Unlike the latter it matches the curve of the fender better. I'm thinking $60 shipped.

Okay, now I think I've caught up to everything people called dibs on. Except that one guy in Vegas who hit me with an extreme lowball offer. :P
This is the last item for a little while. I'll wait for a bit on the hardbags, as I have to remove the rear support bracket from my bike and it's getting effing cold out there.
As I mentioned before this Triumph Tach was acting funny last summer. One the way back from Spokane after Freedom's accident, it would just zero and max out back and forth while I was cruising along at 80. So I don't know if it is the tach or my bike. If you want to try it out that would be great. If it works, send me $30. If it doesn't toss it out and I'll eat the shipping.
Who wants to experiment? If someone knows how to bench test these things, let me know, so we'll all feel a lot more comfortable about this deal.
Also, can someone remember what year the wiring harness changed so this was plug and play without replacing the dash harness and running a separate wire to a relay or something? I'm pretty sure it was 2004 and later that was plug-and-play.

Haven't really listed it yet; not sure if I should. But I've gone back to chain and I'm not looking back. Or is that forward. I dunno.
The rear sprocket wore out kinda quick. The only real noticeable issue is that it makes the belt squeak. LOUD. Like hear it over wind noise through my helmet loud. Like scare children loud.
The front sprocket seems to be in decent shape as is the belt (no cuts or frays on the edges). Not even really sure what to ask for it. Somebody could make a lot of money if they tooled up to make their own version. The kit is $850 new. The replacement rear pulley is $550. I was thinking around $200 but I might be smokin' crack. If anybody is interested I'll go take pictures.

Here's a few. The belt looks worse than it is. Every Harley guy I talked to said not to worry about it as long as the edge isn't damaged. And that bit of fuzz on the one picture is not the belt, it's dog hair. I went back and checked.
Big pulley
Little pulley
Side by side you can see the difference in wear between the front and rear pulleys
A couple close-ups of the belt. This is the second belt, the one I got from the Harley dealer in Missoula in 2005.

Like mentioned in the PM, use USPS whenever possible. Please don't consider UPS, or any other private carriers for shipping internationally. They act like the mafia and slap the receiver with a bunch of extra and utterly meaningless fees and threaten you that if you don't pay, they'll keep it.
On one shipment I got, I have seen these extra fees: - They purposely added shipping costs (that I didn't pay) to inflate the brokerage fees - They charged me a "translation service" because it was bound for an Asian country - Now since the address was "translated" (which they didn't by the way!) it looked like a change of recipient address and was charged with yet another extra fee for that. - Since I don't live in a big city, I was charged another shipping fee to cover the extra local carrier.
Never had a problem with USPS....

Friar, on the suction solo seat - give me a measurement from center to center on the cups width wise. Better yet, if you're running a solo on your bike & it isn't too much hassle to determine if it'll fit and stick to a stock America fender, I'll take it off your hands.
Both my bikes are solo set ups. Couldn't hurt to be packin' that bad boy in my bag in the rare event that some 'lil sweety manages to find my buzzed, old, ugly butt appealing at a rally. Gotta keep the options open, ya know?

I'll check it out this week when I get the chance. I have a lot of stuff to pack up and ship out. Do you want me to wait on your stuff or just send it?

That Brent is alright... do they have removable baffles by any chance? How do they sound...and performance?
Don't know about baffles, but the D&Ds are similar to Sceptres in performance mprovement and sound. Loud, great through-put and nice ride improvement. I've had the D&Ds for a couple of years now. I'd jump on the good Friar's offer if I didn't have them already.
Oh, and some photos of those Long Horn pipes on a lone star state trumpet.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you Friar. You can hold it all & ship it together. Thanks.

Still have the following available:
17x3.5" rim and spokes SOLD
ATTENTION FAT FRONT TIRE FANS! This is the rim off my Thunderbird Sport dual disc wheel which I replaced with with a spare 18" America wheel and spokes. It's only 17" tall, but it's 3.5" wide, 1" wider than your stock America hoop.
I'll probably put this on ebay next week.

Stock Tail Light housing
Next up, something I "found." Bought it in 2008 when I had to replace my tail light lense. It's in perfect condition (pardon the fuzziness) but it's another good item if you want to black it out. No hardware or gaskets included. $10 shipped.

Stock Sprocket Cover
George Foreman Grill. SILVER. I bought this off ebay to mod it, but have decided to go a different direction. Good for painting or hacking up. $20 shipped.

Horn
This was the first horn I bought at a local auto parts store to replace the stock horn. A little louder but the same basic sound. $10 shipped.

And stock shocks and fork springs (make offer).
I will have a few more things probably next weekend, and a half-dozen additional items as soon as I purchase and install their replacements (mostly little things like mirrors, choke knob, etc.).

just teasing you. you are selling everything else. The question is...what are you up to with yours? sounds like a different direction. Can't wait to see the change. BTW..mine just went through another change. scrapped the speedo, modified the CRs, and am testing out BC's new front turn signal mounts(really nice). I'll post pictures soon.

Actually it's going to look a lot like your bike, except blacked out instead of chromed-out. And with better paint.

Bump.
Phantom Pad no longer for sale but not sold. Won't work on the stock fender. Curve of the fender and the pad are different and the suction cups are at the wrong angles. I'll probably list it on ebay in case I can find someone who thinks it might work on their bike.

I think I finally got all the boxes I need and I'm packing everything up that is either sold or waiting on shipping estimates. Will send out PM updates to those waiting on estimates today or tomorrow.
Still for sale:
Tail light housing Horn Sprocket Cover Stock shocks Stock fork springs
Got a few more things to list but I need to ship what I've already sold. Stay tuned.

Will it sit on a 6" flat guard? Thats what I'm running on my chopper, and at the moment its only a single seater, if you can give the dimensions, I'll do some measuring if your wanting to part with it.

The problem is that the underside is not just convex, it's a compound curve. It curves front to back and side to side. So I'm going to guess no to the flat fender. I think they make P-Pad models that will fit on a fender like that but this isn't it.

Everything for which payment has been received from someone on this forum has been shipped out. I'm only waiting on one check or money order to show up, but the two items bought by that person is packed up and ready to go.
I still need to get shipping estimates on the sissybar, belt drive and TBS rim, which I will do this afternoon.

Apparently I'm not asking enough for this because one just sold for $75. So I'm bumping this up to $75 PLUS SHIPPING.
Heh. Take that!
