Triumph Motorcycle Household Items
      #489025 - 01/31/11 08:58 AM

From the Blog...

In a recent collaborative exhibition between Triumph Motorcycles and the Birmingham Institute of Art and Design, industrial design students developed a collection of household items created from parts from Triumph Bonnevilles. Although these are not items offered by Triumph, they are pretty cool, and maybe, just maybe someday Triumph (or an authorized branded vendor) will offer real production items like these. After all, who wouldn't want a corkscrew made from a throttle grip and brake lever?

I really like the corkscrew and record player. The table is pretty sweet but I would hate cleaning it

Just take the table outside and spray it off...

Great post, Soren. All of them are great but I like the cork screw the best and the hat stand the least. I'd buy if that kind of stuff was on the market...

All very cool

Except the cutlery, I can't see anyone cutting into a steak with that knife

I love the turntable but if that rotor is anything like on my America, it will be warped in no time

What with the very large number of aging Baby Boomers here in America, perhaps Harley Davidson should partner with a medical device design group. I can see it now... black and orange catheters, leather colostomy bags, blood sugar monitors complete with creepy skulls, wheelchairs with hard bags and touring packs. It could be all the rage with the "lifestyle" crowd.

The scales are cool but I woulda liked a headlight bucket on there for the bowl.
