Mountainman aka Keith seems to be the resident lightbar authority around here, maybe he will chime in?

Both are easy to do. Depending on how long ago Sandmann's home page has a write up on lightbars here: Matt's page
As for quick connects you can go to the local radio shack/auto parts store/electronics supplier and put one together.

Is this what you're asking about, Bill? Maybe not, 'cause I didn't set them up with a quick connector but they are close to the headlight.

Its a Triumph light bar that been modified. Triumph bar with the ends cut off and P clamps to mount the lights buckets and SS plugs on the ends.

I have done the same thing to mine. Where did you get the stainless plugs? I can't seem to find anything in the right size...

yeah, what dog said. I got them at my local Ace Hardware. I think they were in the plumbing section or in one of those "specialty" drawers the local hardware stores always have.
