Hey all!
I figured I'd get to posting some pics of my bike after the whole white wall excursion that I just had. I just got her back from the shop and thought now was the time to share pictures.
She's my first bike ever! 21K on the odometer. She has what feels like everything from the catalog on her. A gorgeous Caspian blue. And now, now she has white walls on her.
So without further ado...

Sweet! That's the first Caspian /blue I've seen with whitewalls. It looks great.

Thanks all! For the kind words and compliments!! I'm definitely in love with this bike!
I went a head and got rid of the links and swapped 'em out for the full size pics. I would have done it last night but the comp got hit by a virus (must have been the end of a world thing).

I haven't seen many of these at all! I know one other exists (martin_warman) but that's about it. I definitely feel lucky that this one popped up when I was shopping for my bike. The guy basically gave it to me!

Nice ride Louis with lots of subtle mods when you look really hard. What's the decal on your r/h side cover?

Thanks johnquinnell! It does feel like every little thing was swapped out.
The r/h side cover has a nice decal that says "2003 RAT". I love it! It makes the bike very unique.

Thanks Scott!!
You're bike is the one that inspired me to do white walls in the first place! I had to have 'em.
Then I found Keith's post about 'em and that solidified it for me.
So Cheers to you two!

I took another look at your pics Louis and those blue header pipes and the Caspian Blue paint job are a very nice combination. Something about those earlier model Speedmaster's and America's that is missing in the newer models. Can place my finder on it though?

I couldn't agree with you more about something missing with the newer models. I can't get over tank personally. Not even the part with the pinches being gone, but the curve has changed. It's more Victory like now...
Thanks about the blue headers too! I've been debating trying to polish them up with Blue Job but after staring at the bike, I love how the blue ties right into the bike!

Thanks Dad!
I'm definitely glad you talked me into a Triumph now! I can't believe the how much bike I actually got! I couldn't be happier! There's so much more than how she looks and rides (although both are more than great), there's this community too!

Just took her to work for the first time and couldn't be happier! I love getting "googly eyes" and "double takes" from cagers and bikers (those poor H-D and metric souls ) alike.

ProudWelshman707: Thanks for the compliment!
The tires are Dunlop K177 and K555's. It took a small bit of magic to make the fender high enough to let them fit. But here's the info on the tires!
Dunlop K177 $133.99
Dunlop K555 $159.99

I got bored and "touched up" some pics... One is one of the original pics I posted the first time and the second is a pic from the other day after a good cleaning. I'm waiting for my new badges to come in so I can get some new pics taken!

That second pic is awesome! Looks like an old surfer type ad. I think you should pitch it to Triumph as a new marketing campaign.
