I've noticed that occasionally a thread will get a few star ratings (my awesome powers of observation at work). But aside from being able to sort by ratings - I can't find howo they work. How or who gets to rate a thread and on what basis?
(and yes I did a search first - but there is nada, zip, zero, zilch about 'ratings')
