I picked up the Epco's on eBay for about $140. Sounds reasonable for me. Hopefully, I get them soon. This is a dumb question but how do you pronounce them: ep-co?
My 2006 America is 790cc. With the Epco's, K&N filter, and Polaris Bellmouth, how should I rejet? Looking at the Jetting Calculator, I suppose I should go with Pilots/Main of either either 42/131.5 or 45/130.5. I selected "Uni Single" since I didn't see a K&N option, and I'm almost embarrassed to admit that I don't know the "K&N Pods" option is, but I don't believe I have that.
Thanks.

Good deal. Pretty sure you'll like the Epcos. And you got 'em for less than I'd a sold 'em to ya!
And 'Ep-co' is right.

The jetting calculator seems to be pretty spot-on based on my experiences (two rejets). You either have the stock, OEM paper filter, or a reusable filter (K&N, etc.) Pods has the airbox removed and cone filters installed, the least restrictive option.

I just got the Epco's in the mail today!
Can anyone recommend a vendor to buy a jet kit from? Or even a specific jet kit if I am going with Pilots/Main of either either 42/131.5 or 45/130? All the kits I've come across seem to come with way too much.
Thanks!

Go with what the calculator comes up with. Jets can be obtained from www.newspeedmaster.com .

Thanks Keith.
I order 45 pilots and 130 and 132 mains to allow for some experimentation between the stock 42 pilots and the 45s.
I've read that I should stick with the 42 pilots. Does anyone have any thoughts? I know the mains don't kick in until the throttle is pretty open so it seems like you could almost not even rejet if you don't open the throttle all the way. I am also removing the snokerl and adding a bellmouth though.

UPDATE: I had the epcos and bellmouth installed, and the carbs rejetted (45/132, didn't touch the pilot screws or needles). The bike is running great with a noticeable power increase off the line and if I open it up in low gears.
I'm sure the epcos have some miles on them since they are pretty yellow. I'm going to try to clean them up with barkeepers friend and maybe even repack them if that is worth doing for pipes with a lot of miles.

You probably still need to adjust those mixture screws.
