Nope, actually Ian, this little cheeky barb directed at us Yanks preceded the present U.S. Administration, and was in fact a response which first appeared on the Internet right after the election of November 2000, and when "You-Know-Who"(but I'll give ya a little hint here...he was noted for mangling the English language BIG time!) was elected(well, KINDA anyway) to his first term as our P.O.T.U.S.!
AND, not only THAT, but it appears Mr. John Cleese MAY have had absolutely nothing to do with this "letter".
