I thought they were a support group (really no joke) like the Black Pistons are to the Pagans.
Going OT, over here the Pistons support the Outlaws
I couldn't remember, some guys I knew joined them and told them it was a stupid idea. I know several 1%ers and have no interest in that life anymore either. Used to hang with a few and they are all dead, in jail, or in hiding now.

Are they "sons of silence harley owners club"? Do you need a silent exhaust too?
No its not try showing a little respect http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sons_of_Silence
From your link:
"On October 9, 1999, 37 Sons of Silence members were arrested on drug trafficking and illegal weapons charges after one of Denver's largest federal undercover operations. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms raided a number of homes and properties in Colorado Springs and Fort Collins, and seized 20 pounds of methamphetamine, 35 guns, four hand grenades, two suppressors, cash and motorcycles. The investigation began in 1997 and involved two undercover agents infiltrating the club.[5] The club was featured in a 2009 episode of Gangland, which included interviews with one of the undercover agents who infiltrated the club."
Respect? I don't think so.

Yep! Very nice lookin' Cross Country there, Milo!
(...just one question though: Those very cool lookin' BUT tiny little rear view mirrors there. Can you REALLY see anything behind you at all with those???)
-------------------- Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Btw, I hope by now everyone realizes that whenever the topic of 1%-ers comes up around here, I HAVE TO post my standard lament of:
The world would be MUCH better place IF ONLY more people on this freakin' planet would just adhere to Groucho Marx's famous pronouncement..."I refuse to join any club that would accept me as a member!"
