Modifying Speedmaster with EF
      #675284 - 08/29/18 04:44 PM

I bought a 2015 Speedmaster which is stock and only 1800 kms as of date and have no idea how things work, I was used to carbs and jets from my 2007. What can I do to open it up airflow, AI removal etc before I have to start remapping to prevent it from running too lean yet get some more power out of it?

Pieman is probably your best resource to remap for any mods.

^, Mike has a lot of good information at his TriumphTwinPower site.
You can block off the feed pipe for the SAI but that's about all you can do in the tuning department without needing to modify the fuel map in the ECU. For example disconnecting/removing the SAI solenoid will trigger the CEL if you have not disabled the SAI monitoring via TuneECU (or loading a modified fuel map from TTP).
TuneECU is a very useful tool to have for the EFI models.

Thanks for the link to the site. I think I'll leave it as is for the season and maybe next one look at making some mods.
