I like it, I may even be able to get used to the liquid cooling and FI.

Thanks Ian yes
its got water cooling,an electronic throttle[ride by wire] "rain mode" traction control, ABS i think.More SH1T than I've ever dealt with, but my days of working on em are over.I'm with Oddball "I only ride 'em". I never dealt with EFI until I bought this 650 Kawasaki.I must say it's good. I'm a Luddite but I'm converting.I'd even like to try an electric bike as a run around

Thanks, I like that shade of Blue,Nice. My wife has the White and Black paint, both are nice. I now have a Black Thunderbird 1600, nice bike but getting heavier the older I get. I'm starting to look at getting a Speedy in the future, your bike is giving me new ideas for that bike.

You might rethink that when you handle one. I have towed a couple in wrecks and they are crazy heavy! I had to use the bed of the truck to stand them up. They were also very tall.

I didn't realize they'd be heavy.None of the ones I've seen at this stage of their evolution do anything for me but If the right one came out I would be open to trying it.

Nice bike here, Paul!

Betcha with those sharper raked forks on your new bike, it handles the twistes better than your old BA, huh.

I've noticed this especially after I get off my Indian Springfield that has a 25 degree rake and then get on my Bonnie America with its 33 degree rake. The bigger and heavier by almost 300 lbs Indian handles even better in the twisty stuff and goes around corners with more confidence than does my Triumph.

(...and these newer water-cooled 1200cc twins' engines are amazing...I've ridden a friend's 2016 T120 and found the power it produces is more than sufficient, to put it mildly...great motor)

Thanks Dwight.I have only had a tiny test ride on one. This is waiting for me on my return to Australia next week. The steering was very sharp compared to my America.Figure eights and cornering was very good. The America is good on the Highway but I suspect this'll be easier to thread
through traffic. Not that there's much traffic where I live anyway. The motor as you say is superb .

Very nice. And although my favorite color has always been red, I'm really starting to like the blue bikes!

If I got one I would like to get the red one and put silver slashes like the original red TBA. Maybe even paint the fenders red.
