Actually you can take my signature as a bit of tongue in cheek. Black is my favourite colour, both my car and truck are black, and when I bought my bike I did so with the idea of respraying the tank to black.
However now that I have lived with it for a while, I wouldn't change it for quids.

Interesting place, so much to read and so much to do to my 07 S/Master (black, of course ) but think I'll just go for a ride! Have to come back for another look, the sun is always shining here.

I have been checking this site for the past 2+ years, but only started posting when I got my bike this year. I cannot say enough about the group of people on this site and check it every chance I get for information and ideas. My bike: 04 America, green/silver, AI removed, K&N Air Filter, Tall Sissy Bar/Luggage Rack, Chrome Choke Knob
Future Additions: Chrome Sprocket Cover, Chrome Footrest hangers, Engine Dresser Bars, Light Bar, Custom Mirrors, Nology Spark Plug Wires, Leatherworks 127+2 Bags and Easybrackets, Chrome battery cover, Carburetor Work (and all not necessarily in this order).
As you can see, I have got plenty to still do, and this site will be with me at every step of the way.

Hi all,
Name's Harry. I've been lurking a while now and love this site! Helped me spend more money than I initially intended. Got my BA 6 weeks ago and just back from the first service. Took care of the AI, added the FREAK and EPCO's straight cuts...Oh yeah!!!

I go by Trey, I just bought my 06 America in June 07 from Rocket Motorcycles here in San Diego.
This is my first street bike. Taking the MSF class next month.
Been checking out all my questions on your knowledge base before asking questions that have been beaten to death.
So far, so good.

Sure Ed, I'll give you an opinion. Go with what ever your budjet allows cause there are no differences between the two. My choice would be the 03 cause it's gonna be cheaper and these bikes are mostly bullitproof anyway. Simply put, if your're a rider, buy the older, if you're an invester, buy the newer. (all bets are off if one of them are red, cause all the really "with it" cats here know red is cooler, even speedmastergirl who has a black one but is trimmed in red!)
