I went with D&D Cycles (Pensacola, FL) kit. They swap your barrels for bored nickelsil ones that are essentially just like factory ones but larger. The kit has either the Wiseco pistons or ones that are slightly higher compression. I went with the Wiseco ones.
I feel the longevity of the engine is no different that stock although I ended up putting in slightly stiffer clutch springs. The additional torque might have been tougher on the clutch, but it had 22,000 miles on it when I replaced the plates and springs.
