IMHO you will have to go away from the stock carbs to really get that motor dialed in right. With the stock carbs it is hard to get enough fuel, fast enough. I messed with the CVKs and think I wrung everything I could out of them, and still couldn't get above 90rwhp. Switch to the bigger flat slides though, and oh boy, that motor will really come to life.
Really? i mean i was able to get mine up to 110 without the windshield with the stock system and just the pipes and sprocket??? now with the 904 kit and air box, it was easy to achive the same with the shield on.
