MPG has gone to $h!t

A few weeks back I rejetted and now I'm down to about 33 mpg. I bumped up the pilot to a 45 from the 40 that was in it, and the main from a 150 to a 157.5. FYI A/I removed, air box removed and uni pods, Pipes cut and all baffles removed , reducer cone still in place. All this was based on the old jetting calculator. (2 ,1/4 turns out on the mix) She was running a bit lean before but, and now she starts right up w/o choke and purrs and runs great, however I'm thinking my main is to big and that being the reason for the crappy fuel economy.
