Oddly, I checked my factory and Haynes books and total lash for the output shaft is not spec ed out (go figure), but the freespin/lash at the output is a culmination of every gear that happens to be engaged at any one time, not the lash between two gears alone. I have two Spdys and one America and they all have roughly the same amount, so, I'm not gonna stress about it.
