Hey guys n gals.
While I'm in AZ later this year and I get a bike, I know this much (obviously corrections are welcome!):
1. AZ, UT and NM have age exemptions on helmets (I just about qualify for the 18 or 21 yo limit  ),
2. CA and NV require helmets at all times (not a prob as I was going to wear one anyway),
3. CO is helmet free (yeee har!)
But my question to the great and the good of this site is this, what is the law regarding the use of in-helmet audio equipment?
Any help would be appreciated.
Personally, I think it's a good thing as I only usually listen to stuff I sing along to (all be it badly!) so it keeps me awake on long rides / drives.
